Job Title: Marketing Visual Designer

Pay range: $64 – 65.71/hr.

Duration: 5 months

Location: Remote

Job Summary:

Come join the client as a Visual Designer on the Brand & Marketing team. This design role is fully remote, but does require the candidate to work west coast hours. We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about design, a collaborative team player, creative problem solver, strong communicator, and a constant advocate for the customer.

What you’ll do:

• Gain product knowledge about our money solutions
• Design meaningful and purpose-driven E2E experiences through email and in-product channels that inform and guide customers toward taking the next best action for their business

• Work within a cross-functional pod to collaborate with other designers, content strategists, product managers, and marketers to drive results toward business objectives while commanding a positive mindset
• Have a systems mindset, knowing how to leverage and uphold a robust design system across multiple marketing channels
• Advance a strong point of view, backed up by personal expertise, design rationale, customer data, and industry trends
• Work on multiple projects at a time, using strong communication skills to manage time and expectations appropriately
• 3+ years experience in marketing-related design with an online portfolio of relevant visual design work and proven business impact
• A deeply ingrained desire to make all design functional and beautiful through email, and in-product marketing funnels
• Strong business acumen and experience in partnering directly with marketers and other designers
• Understanding of generative AI tools and best practices
• Advanced experience with Figma including component libraries, optimizing and exporting assets
• Working knowledge of content management systems
• Curiosity and commitment to new ideas and innovating to drive business results
