Compensation
• Target salary range: $120K – $150K base + quarterly profit-sharing bonus

A large enterprise organization is seeking a Network Architect / Technical Lead to help design, modernize, and scale a global enterprise network environment. This role will serve as the technical authority for networking architecture, driving reliability, security, and performance across a hybrid infrastructure.
This is a senior individual contributor role that partners closely with IT leadership and engineers while shaping the technical direction of enterprise networking initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Architect and design enterprise network solutions across on-prem and hybrid environments
• Lead technical strategy for routing, switching, security, and network scalability
• Mentor engineers and serve as the senior technical lead on network initiatives
• Design and implement enterprise infrastructure upgrades and modernization projects
• Develop automation and repeatable network solutions using scripting and infrastructure tools

• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure secure and resilient network architecture
Core Technical Requirements
• 10+ years of enterprise networking experience
• Deep expertise in enterprise routing and switching
• Strong Cisco infrastructure background
• Experience with Meraki networking and SD-WAN
• Knowledge of network authentication (802.1X) and Cisco ISE preferred
• Experience with load balancing (F5 or similar)
• Automation and scripting experience (Python, Ansible) highly desirable

• Experience operating in large enterprise WAN environments
Preferred Background
• Experience in highly regulated or large-scale environments (financial services, healthcare, large enterprise IT)
• Background in network design and architecture—not strictly support roles
• Certifications such as CCNP or equivalent preferred
