General Manager | Infinitec Group (Shopeando & Rewardix)

Infinitec Group is a high-growth technology startup with a strategic global footprint in Mexico, the United States, and China. We operate two disruptive business units: Shopeando.mx, a premier cross-border import solution for individuals and SMEs , and Rewardix.com, a cutting-edge B2B digital loyalty and incentive platform.

We are seeking a visionary General Manager to spearhead our transition from a scaling startup to a market leader. This role demands a unique blend of entrepreneurial agility and corporate rigor to drive profitability and institutionalize our global operations.

Strategic Core Responsibilities

  • Design Business Strategies: Develop and implement strategic plans that guide the company toward its short-, medium-, and long-term goals, while adapting to market changes.
  • Manage Financial Resources: Oversee the effective allocation of capital, ensuring profitability, budget control, and long-term financial stability.
  • Lead the Executive Team: Coordinate the leadership team to ensure alignment with the company’s overall strategy and priorities.
  • Ensure Alignment with Mission and Vision: Ensure all decisions and initiatives are in sync with the company’s core mission and strategic objectives.
  • Innovate and Adapt to the Market: Identify trends, promote innovation, and drive adaptability across products, services, and internal processes.
  • Represent the Company Externally: Act as the public face of the company with media, partners, institutions, and at key events to strengthen reputation.
  • Maintain Investor and Shareholder Relations: Communicate clearly about results, challenges, and future plans to build trust and ongoing stakeholder support.
  • Develop Strategic Relationships: Build and grow key partnerships with clients, partners, and institutions to drive new business opportunities.
  • Oversee Operational Execution: Ensure strategic plans turn into actionable steps and measurable outcomes through effective execution.
  • Executive Leadership: Orchestrate the annual strategic roadmap, aligning Product, Marketing, Logistics, and Tech departments toward unified KPIs.
  • Commercial P&L Ownership: Drive revenue growth by supervising B2B/B2C sales teams and managing the full Profit & Loss statement.
  • High-Stakes Negotiation: Lead the acquisition and retention of AAA Key Accounts, overseeing complex contractual terms and value propositions.
  • Operational Excellence: Institutionalize workflows by implementing scalable SOPs, ERP/CRM optimizations, and cross-departmental communication protocols.
  • Human Capital Mentorship: Foster a high-performance culture by coaching a diverse team of account executives, consultants, and project leads.

Candidate Profile (Strict Requirements)

  • Professional Experience: A minimum of 10 years of proven experience in senior leadership roles (General Manager, CEO, or Country Manager) within the tech or logistics sectors.
  • Education: Master’s Degree (MBA or equivalent) is MANDATORY. Must hold a valid Professional License (Cédula Profesional).
  • Language Proficiency: Bilingual Native/C2 Level (English/Spanish). Must possess the linguistic nuance required for high-level international negotiations.
  • Global Mobility: Must hold a valid Passport and Visa for frequent international travel.
  • Location: Immediate relocation to Cuernavaca, Morelos is required.
  • Technical Stack: Advanced mastery of ERP/CRM systems, G-Suite, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional emotional intelligence, strategic resilience, and the ability to lead through ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Corporate Culture

  • Work-Life Integration: Competitive schedule from Monday to Thursday (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM) with Early Fridays (closing at 3:00 PM).
