2. About the Opportunity:
The Junior Data Analyst will support data-driven decision-making across national operations by delivering weekly KPI reports, tracking sales and presenter performance, and assisting with strategic initiatives. This entry-level role offers experience in data segmentation and event performance analysis while providing mentorship and opportunities for growth. The position contributes directly to optimizing operational efficiency and supporting business strategy through data insights.
3. Responsibilities:
• Produce weekly KPI dashboards and efficiency reports for sales and presenter performance
• Analyze sales data to support lead distribution, tracking, and optimization
• Assist with event analysis and planning for company-owned locations nationwide
• Contribute to primary segmentation of the national database to support marketing efforts

4. Requirements:
• Degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, or related field, or equivalent training/experience
• Strong skills in data analysis, reporting, and visualization
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to communicate insights clearly
• Preferred: recent training or coursework in machine learning, AI-driven analytics, or predictive modeling
• Familiarity with AI-enabled analytics tools is a plus
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• $65,000 to $95,000 annually, based on experience and skill set
• Compensation aligned with technical capability, ownership level, and ability to deliver business impact
