As a mentor, you will provide insight into:

- Academic and research pathways, including PhD programs, postdoctoral research, and academic careers
- Transitioning from research to industry roles at major tech companies and startups
- Specializations such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, distributed systems, databases, computer vision, robotics, security, and human-computer interaction
- Industry expectations for advanced technical roles and research-driven positions
- Long-term career development in both academia and industry

Requirements
- PhD in Computer Science or a closely related field (e.g., Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Computer Engineering)
- Strong background in advanced computer science research or technical innovation
- Experience in areas such as machine learning, distributed systems, AI, robotics, security, databases, or computer vision
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to mentor and guide students effectively
