Job Responsibilities
- Support the Head of Department in managing daily operations and strategic initiatives across multiple teams.
- Build, structure, and optimize team workflows to ensure efficient collaboration and productivity.
- Lead and supervise cross-functional teams including Branding, Performance Marketing, Offline Marketing, and Digital Operations.
- Develop and implement marketing and growth strategies aligned with overall business goals.
- Ensure the execution of integrated campaigns covering branding, performance, and offline marketing channels.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Tech, Product, Marketing, Operations) to ensure alignment of resources and objectives.
- Monitor team performance, project progress, and KPI achievement across departments.
- Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Act as Head’s representative in meetings, decision-making processes, and strategic discussions when required.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and organizational guidance to team members.

Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in Digital, Marketing, or Technology-related industries.
- Proven leadership experience at C-level, Director, or Marketing Manager level and above.
- Strong expertise in Branding, Performance Marketing, and Offline Marketing (must-have).
- Knowledge or experience in SEO and technical development environments is a strong advantage.
- Strong capability in team management, organizational structure building, and operational leadership.
- Experience managing large teams and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strategic thinking with strong execution capability.
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced and high-growth environments.
- Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Good English communication skills.
