Job Responsibilities

  • Support the Head of Department in managing daily operations and strategic initiatives across multiple teams.
  • Build, structure, and optimize team workflows to ensure efficient collaboration and productivity.
  • Lead and supervise cross-functional teams including Branding, Performance Marketing, Offline Marketing, and Digital Operations.
  • Develop and implement marketing and growth strategies aligned with overall business goals.
  • Ensure the execution of integrated campaigns covering branding, performance, and offline marketing channels.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Tech, Product, Marketing, Operations) to ensure alignment of resources and objectives.
  • Monitor team performance, project progress, and KPI achievement across departments.
  • Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Act as Head’s representative in meetings, decision-making processes, and strategic discussions when required.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and organizational guidance to team members.


Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience in Digital, Marketing, or Technology-related industries.
  • Proven leadership experience at C-level, Director, or Marketing Manager level and above.
  • Strong expertise in Branding, Performance Marketing, and Offline Marketing (must-have).
  • Knowledge or experience in SEO and technical development environments is a strong advantage.
  • Strong capability in team management, organizational structure building, and operational leadership.
  • Experience managing large teams and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strategic thinking with strong execution capability.
  • Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced and high-growth environments.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
  • Good English communication skills.
