Job Description
This leading developer of cutting-edge wireless communications systems urgently seeks Embedded Firmware Engineers - Physical Layer to be part of a high calibre team based at their R+D Centre in Dresden.
The Embedded Firmware Engineers - Physical Layer will be responsible for developing and implementing cellular modem Layer 1 control software, firmware and PHY algorithms aimed at 5G NR and further emerging technologies. Working as part of a team the Embedded Firmware Engineers - Physical Layer will be encouraged to research next generation cellular technologies.
Your minimum of 4 years post graduate experience will include developing embedded software and firmware in C and C++. You will have extensive experience of developing embedded software and firmware at PHY layer for 5G NR cellular products.
A good knowledge of 3GPP specifications is beneficial as is any experience of implementing digital communication algorithms on DSP architectures.
