This freelance role offers an opportunity to lead the implementation and optimization of web analytics and data tracking frameworks across digital platforms. You will design and maintain scalable tracking architectures that provide accurate insights into user behavior, collaborating closely with engineering, product, and analytics teams. As a key contributor, you will ensure data quality and consistency while supporting strategic business decisions through actionable analytics. This position requires hands-on expertise with Google Analytics ecosystems, DataLayer structures, and event tracking, while offering exposure to complex, cross-functional environments. The role is ideal for someone highly independent, detail-oriented, and passionate about leveraging data to enhance digital experiences.

Accountabilities

• Implement and maintain Google Analytics tracking across web platforms, including GA4.
• Configure and manage event and conversion tracking strategies to capture meaningful user interactions.
• Build and maintain Google Tag Manager containers and tagging architecture.
• Develop and manage DataLayer structures to ensure accurate and consistent data capture.
• Validate tracking implementation, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with teams to ensure correct instrumentation.
• Support scalable analytics frameworks aligned with platform architecture and business requirements.
• Ensure data accuracy for reporting, analysis, and decision-making.
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in web analytics implementation, particularly with Google Analytics and GA4.
• Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager and DataLayer design.

• Familiarity with digital product platforms, event tracking, and analytics validation techniques.
