We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Technical Support Engineer (B2-C1 English required) to join our team. If you are passionate about production, analytics, and delivering actionable insights, this is your opportunity.

About The Job

The Product Support Engineer aims to ensure efficiency and accuracy in data conversion projects, from planning to implementation, by providing high-quality technical support to optimize batch processing and data integration. This role requires effective collaboration with clients, project managers, and cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues, improve operational processes, and ensure a seamless experience for end-users. Additionally, the engineer will lead system improvement initiatives and support quality assurance, contributing to the innovation and scalability of conversion and support processes within the organization.

Requirements

  • Over 3 years of experience with SaaS applications in the Finance, Planning, and Analysis area, including Adaptive Planning/Insights, and at least three years of experience in ERP, ETL, or financial implementation and data conversion.
  • Minimum of three years of experience working with clients requiring analytical and technical problem-solving.
  • Experience with SQL, RestAPI, WSDL, and the Microsoft Suite of products.
  • Strong knowledge of ETL processes, data migration, data conversion, and/or data integration routines and protocols.
  • Experience in integrations between FP&A tools and other financial applications, planning models and sheets, reporting methodologies, and dashboard management.
  • Experience with Zoho, Jira, and Confluence is preferred.
