Will support an Agile engineering team within the telecommunications domain. This role will act as an Agile team facilitator (Agilist/Scrum facilitator) responsible for managing a JIRA Kanban board and coordinating delivery activities for a team of telecom delivery controls engineers.
The ideal candidate is experienced in Agile methodologies, highly organized, and comfortable managing workflows, schedules, and metrics in a collaborative engineering environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the JIRA Kanban board for an Agile team of telecom delivery controls engineers
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and team coordination meetings
- Coordinate schedules, track priorities, and monitor team performance metrics
- Ensure consistent status updates and reporting on work progress and delivery timelines
- Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to support work intake, prioritization, and implementation planning
- Monitor and regulate the flow of work within the Agile team to maintain efficiency and delivery commitments
- Assist the team in adhering to schedules and project milestones
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and eliminate duplicate setups
- Communicate with management to report progress and highlight any changes in processes or priorities
- Compile and deliver reports on work progress, downtime, or delays caused by system or equipment issues
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity and Agile maturity

Required Qualifications
- Experience working in an Agile environment with a strong understanding of Agile principles and goals
- Experience facilitating Agile teams and managing workflow tools such as JIRA
- Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills
- Ability to track metrics and produce progress reports for stakeholders
