We are seeking Paid Media Visualization Lead to support a digital marketing analytics initiative focused on building reporting infrastructure for paid media campaigns. This role combines project management, digital advertising analytics, and data visualization to deliver insights through interactive dashboards.
The ideal candidate has experience working with online advertising platform data, understands campaign performance metrics, and can transform complex data into clear visual insights using modern analytics tools.
Job Title: Paid Media Visualization Lead
Duration: 06 Months Contract
Location: 100% Remote (Preference for candidates located between the East Coast and Central Time Zone – EST to CST).
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership
- Act as the primary point of contact for a paid media insights initiative
- Drive alignment on reporting use cases, requirements, and success criteria
- Coordinate across marketing, analytics, and technical stakeholders
- Lead project kickoff, recurring status meetings, and working sessions

Project Management & Execution
- Track milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and risks
- Ensure timely delivery of reporting solutions
- Support implementation and integration of insights into existing dashboards
Data & Visualization
- Source and extract performance data from digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and similar platforms
- Manipulate and analyze campaign data using SQL, Python, or R
- Build and maintain data visualizations and dashboards (Tableau preferred)
- Conduct quality assurance testing to ensure reporting accuracy and reliability

Required Qualifications
- Experience with SQL, Python, or R
- Experience building data visualizations and dashboards, ideally using Tableau
- Familiarity with paid media platforms and advertising performance metrics

- Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, analytics, and technical teams
