Job Title: Campaign Director: Logistic and Operations (Division of Music Entertaining (Underdogidols, Publishing (A la Carte Publishing) & Consumer Protection Portal (Moverzfax.com)

Location: Remote

Job Type: Contract / Part-Time (with potential to grow)

Salary: 9000$-10500$



About Us:

We are a mission-driven organization with two key pillars: a forward-thinking Publishing Division focused on bold, impactful content, advocating for authors by helping them keep all domestic and international right as well as 100% of the revenue generated by sales of their books and a Consumer Protection Portal-Moverzfax that empowers customers with information about movers and packers through transparency and advocacy. Moverzfax is the Carfax of the moving industry, where reputation reports are generated by movers USDOT license numbers. Finally, a music entertainment platform that helps performing artist match with record label companies after winning a monthly competition that FANS vote for and select the best performing video, all through a virtual platform. We are preparing to launch campaigns to support all these three initiatives and are seeking a passionate, organized, and results-driven Campaign Manager / Director of Operations to lead the charge.



Job Description:

As our Campaign Manager / Director of Operations, you will be responsible for planning, launching, and managing successful campaigns on various online platforms. You will play a critical role in building early support, engaging backers, and ensuring smooth operations from start to finish. This is a hands-on role for someone with strong communication skills, campaign experience, and a heart for community building.



Responsibilities:

·        Strategize and execute creative campaigns for both publishing and consumer protection projects

·        Manage all setup, page design, reward tiers, and updates on other related marketing platforms

·        Oversee communications with involved creators, service providers (book designers, editors, ISBN assignment, publishing coaches, interior book designer and more), authors, relocation consultants, moving and relocation providers,  including updates, thank-you messages, and reward fulfillment coordination

·        Track campaign performance and adjust strategies in real time to optimize goals

·        Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure campaign content is compelling and on-brand

·        Work into getting all relocation specialist with great performing record to contribute and promote the Consumer protection portal

·        Get performing artists to join our platform and get a free membership to join and upload their performing videos to potentially get matched with record label companies.

·        Maintain campaign calendars and workflows, ensuring deadlines are met

·        Provide post-campaign reporting, analytics, and insights

·        Build and maintain a positive, engaged community of supporters



Qualifications:

·        Proven experience running successful campaigns marketing platforms)

·        Strong project management and organizational skills

·        Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

·        Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a remote team

·        Experience in publishing, media, or advocacy fields is a plus

·        Passion for storytelling, consumer rights, or creative innovation a strong asset
