Data Analyst - Growth Marketing at BairesDev

We are seeking a Data Analyst - Growth Marketing to build dashboards, predictive models, and insights that enable us to improve the revenue generated from our ABM and lead reactivation efforts. You will turn marketing data into clear insights that drive growth by analyzing campaigns, building reports, and recommending actions to improve performance. This role combines hands-on data work (SQL, Python, analytics) with clear communication to non-technical teams. Your goal: help the company make smarter, data-driven marketing decisions.

What You'll Do:

- Build and optimize Tableau dashboards for decision making - creating prescriptive insights beyond simple data visualization.

- Conduct statistical analysis to infer insights for decision-making through predictive models, causal models, and other analytical techniques.

- Design and evaluate experiments to ensure our decisions are properly backed by statistics.

- Build alert systems to identify and react to potential performance problems (input-process-output) early on in an automated and smart way.

What we are looking for:

- 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst.

- Marketing Analytics experience.

- Strong knowledge of Statistics.

- Proficiency in SQL and Python.

- Experience with Marketing Analytics and BI Tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).

- Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies.

- Email Marketing experience (Plus).

- Account Based Marketing (ABM) experience (Plus).

- Advanced level of English.
