Experience Design Lead

Join us as an Experience Design Lead and shape the future of customer-facing digital experiences within a dynamic, innovative organization. In this pivotal role, you will provide strategic leadership, foster cross-team collaboration, and drive design excellence across multiple product initiatives. Your expertise will influence the overall user experience, ensuring design consistency and aligning efforts with organizational goals. Required Skills:

• Proven leadership and team coordination abilities within large-scale organizations
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to connect multiple initiatives
• Expertise in guiding design execution and providing constructive feedback
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma and Figma Make
• Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to operate effectively across complex organizational structures and fast-changing contexts

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in enterprise product or experience design
• Background in content and product design
• Familiarity with iterative design processes and workflow optimization

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
• Several years of experience in senior design roles, with demonstrated leadership in cross-functional settings

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to operate in a multi-team environment with frequent context switching
• Ability to support and mentor team members

The hourly pay range for this position (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location) is $60.00 to $70.00/hr. Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
