We are partnering with a fast-scaling SaaS technology company in the HR and workforce technology space that is transforming how businesses manage people, payroll, and operations across the Middle East.

Backed by strong regional growth and an ambitious product roadmap, the company is now hiring a VP of Marketing to build and scale a world-class marketing function as they expand across Saudi Arabia and wider EMEA markets.

This is a rare opportunity to shape the marketing strategy of a scale-up SaaS platform during a major growth phase and work directly with the leadership team to drive demand, brand, and product adoption.

The Role

As VP of Marketing, you will own the end-to-end marketing strategy, building a high-performing team and driving growth across multiple channels.

This role requires a holistic marketing leader who understands how to scale SaaS companies across product marketing, demand generation, brand, and growth.

You will work closely with the CEO, Product, and Design leadership to position the company as a market leader in HR technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall marketing strategy across EMEA markets

• Build and scale a high-impact marketing team across product, brand, and growth

• Drive pipeline generation and demand creation for a fast-growing SaaS platform

• Lead product marketing, messaging, and positioning for enterprise and SMB customers

• Develop strong brand positioning across the regional HR tech ecosystem

• Work closely with product, sales, and leadership teams to accelerate growth

What We’re Looking For

• Proven marketing leadership experience in SaaS, HR tech, fintech, or enterprise technology

• Experience scaling marketing in a high-growth startup or scale-up environment

• Strong EMEA marketing experience, ideally including GCC markets

• A holistic marketing background across product marketing, brand, and demand generation

• Experience building and leading high-performing marketing teams
