Business Analyst - Software and Cybersecurity

At Cibernos, we are looking for talent to work with a company in the software and cybersecurity sector, specializing in digital brand protection, corporate domain portfolio management, and securing the online presence of global organizations.

We are seeking a Business Analyst who will act as the link between business stakeholders, the Product Owner, and engineering teams to support the delivery of high-quality SaaS solutions.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with the Product Owner to refine the product backlog.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and engineering teams.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and validate that delivered solutions meet business requirements.

Requirements

• Experience as a Business Analyst in technology, SaaS, or cybersecurity environments.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to document functional requirements and collaborate with engineering teams.
• Basic knowledge of cloud environments (preferably AWS).
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Professional English proficiency.
