We are seeking two Manual QA Testers to support testing efforts for complex web portal and API-based applications in a modern cloud environment. This role focuses on validating web functionality, backend services, APIs, and data flows to ensure high-quality software releases.

The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, analytical, and experienced in manual testing within Agile environments, including end-to-end testing of web applications and APIs. You will work closely with developers, product owners, and QA team members to ensure reliable and scalable application delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Manual Testing & Quality Assurance

• Design, execute, and document manual test cases and test plans for web and API-based applications
• Perform black box testing and end-to-end testing across web environments
• Conduct regression, functional, and integration testing to validate system behavior
• Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA and QTest

API & Backend Testing

• Test and validate REST APIs using tools such as Postman and ReadyAPI
• Review Swagger/OpenAPI documentation to understand API functionality
• Validate application behavior through API responses, logs, and database queries
• Verify data integrity using SQL queries and database tools

Agile Collaboration

• Work within Agile/Scrum teams, participating in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and daily standups
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and QA engineers to clarify requirements and ensure quality delivery
• Communicate defects, risks, and release readiness clearly to the team

Tools & Platform Support

• Work with modern development tools including Git, GitLab CI/CD, and Kafka

• Support testing in cloud-based environments such as AWS or Azure
• Contribute to documentation using tools such as Confluence and Snagit
• Support testing for systems integrated with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Experience Platform

Required Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in manual QA testing in an Agile environment
• Strong experience with API testing using Postman or ReadyAPI
• Ability to review and interpret Swagger/OpenAPI specifications
• Experience writing and executing SQL queries for backend validation
• Experience using JIRA and QTest for defect tracking and test management
• Understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Experience testing REST APIs and backend services
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Highly detail-oriented with the ability to work in complex testing environments
