Salary: $ USD 65,000 - 70,000 per year.
Location: USA (we have different production plants across the country).
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in relevant engineering field.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and testing methodologies.
- Knowledge of quality control systems and automotive quality standards is a plus.
- Black Belt certification is a must

Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain a quality management system (QMS) throughout the organization.
- Develop process control checks to ensure product quality parameters are met.
- Conduct routine and accurate tests to minimize product non-conformance and customer complaints.
- Ensure inspection and calibration of testing devices.
- Create and update quality-related documents and control plans.
- Participate in ISO 9001 QMS audits and prepare technical reports.
- Implement 5S principles in the quality lab and organize document and sample storage.
