Quality Engineer

If you have a degree in a relevant engineering field and are passionate about implementing and maintaining quality management systems, ensuring product and process quality, and driving continuous improvement, we encourage you to apply for the role of Quality Engineer.

Salary: $ USD 65,000 - 70,000 per year.

Location: USA (we have different production plants across the country).

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in relevant engineering field.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and testing methodologies.
• Knowledge of quality control systems and automotive quality standards is a plus.
• Black Belt certification is a must

Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain a quality management system (QMS) throughout the organization.
• Develop process control checks to ensure product quality parameters are met.
• Conduct routine and accurate tests to minimize product non-conformance and customer complaints.
• Ensure inspection and calibration of testing devices.
• Create and update quality-related documents and control plans.
• Participate in ISO 9001 QMS audits and prepare technical reports.
• Implement 5S principles in the quality lab and organize document and sample storage.
• Assist in calibration schedules and prepare reports based on data analysis.
• Improve process and material testing methods on the production floor.
