The AI Solution Architect will lead end‑to‑end engineering delivery across modern, cloud‑native, and AI/GenAI ecosystems. This role partners closely with architecture and product teams to design scalable enterprise solutions while ensuring alignment with responsible AI standards.

- Lead Agile + DevOps Delivery: Own planning, development, testing, release, and support activities using Agile/Scrum and DevOps best practices.
- Full‑Stack & Cloud Engineering: Contribute across Azure cloud platforms (IaaS/PaaS), modern UI frameworks (React/Angular), backend services (Python/Node.js/Java), and integrated APIs/data systems.
- Solution Architecture: Collaborate with architects and product leaders to evaluate emerging tech and shape scalable, future‑ready architectures.
- AI/GenAI Solutioning: Design and implement enterprise AI and GenAI solutions, leading POCs, pilots, and production deployments.
- Responsible AI Compliance: Ensure solutions follow internal governance guidelines, addressing safety, privacy, fairness, explainability, observability, and enterprise guardrails.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering and solution delivery
- Expertise in Microsoft agent ecosystem (single/multi-agent patterns, orchestration, tools, observability, governance)
- Familiarity with enterprise agent platform components: control plane, guardrails, RBAC, audit logging, model routing
- Exposure to internal AI governance and responsible agent development practices
