Contract UX/Interactive Designer

Job Overview:

We’re looking for a talented contract UX / Interactive Designer to join our team and help craft high-impact web experiences for web, go-to-market, and acquisition teams at leading brands. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with marketing, product, and engineering to design thoughtful, visually polished experiences that guide users through the funnel and support product adoption.

You’ll translate business goals and user needs into clear, growth-driven journeys across websites, landing pages, and product entry points. Much of your work will support conversion rate optimization, experimentation programs, and early user acquisition, balancing strong visual craft with practical, scalable design solutions that can move quickly from concept to implementation.

Our office is fully stocked, along with catered lunches - but the role does not require coming into office. We are 100% flexible to your working needs.

Responsibilities

• Design desktop, mobile & tablet wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI that communicate clear, user-centered concepts
• Partner with product, marketing, and engineering teams to translate business goals into effective web experiences
• Create journeys that support acquisition, conversion, and experimentation programs across web and landing pages
• Ensure work aligns with brand systems, accessibility standards, and modern web best practices
• Contribute to a fast-moving design environment, balancing strong craft with practical implementation

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in UX / Interactive / Product Design
• Strong understanding of interaction design, user journeys, and conversion-focused design
• High proficiency in modern design tools such as Figma
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
• Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and craft
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment

Job Type: This role is a 12-month contract, with a strong possibility of transitioning into a permanent position.

Pay: $80,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
