We’re looking for an Innovation & Automation Engineer who wants to design and implement real systems, not just configure tools.

What You’ll Do

- Design and implement modular, composable no/low-code systems
- Build automations and orchestration workflows using n8n
- Work with operational data platforms like Airtable, SmartSuite, Baserow
- Design scalable backends using Supabase (PostgreSQL) or Xano as systems of record
- Build internal tools, dashboards, and portals using Retool, Appsmith, Softr, or Bubble when fully custom UX is required
- Design solutions API-first, with workflow-driven logic and role-based access
- Collaborate with our consulting and client teams to turn business needs into working systems
Who We’re Looking For
- You enjoy solving problems and building systems that people actually use
- You have a can-do attitude
- You understand the separation between UI, automation/orchestration, and data layers
- You’re comfortable with APIs, webhooks, and data modeling concepts
- You think structurally, care about clean architecture, and value usability
- You have Experience with low-code platforms, integrations and automation tools such as Airtable, Softr, n8n, supabase etc.
