Job Description
Are you looking for an opportunity to apply advanced offensive cyber techniques in direct support of U.S. military operations? Ennoble First is seeking a Computer Exploitation Red Team Operator to support the testing, assessment, and hardening of U.S. Military critical operating systems and networks.
In this role, you will work alongside skilled technical professionals to emulate adversary tactics, identify system weaknesses, and help improve the readiness and resilience of military information operations. Strong technical aptitude, attention to detail, and communication skills are essential, as you will collaborate closely with both civilian engineers and military personnel to address real-world cyber threats.
Note: This position requires client acceptance of the selected candidate.
Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct technical red team operations and penetration testing against U.S. Military systems and networks.
- Execute computer exploitation activities in support of red team assessments and cyber readiness exercises.
- Support red team planning, execution, and reporting activities.
- Identify system, network, and application vulnerabilities and document findings in clear, actionable reports.
- Test, configure, and help maintain critical operating environments used for red team operations.
- Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and military personnel to evaluate defensive postures and recommend improvements.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of red team tools, techniques, and methodologies.

- Active TS/SCI clearance.
- Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of information technology experience OR High School Diploma/GED and 7+ years of information technology experience.
- DoD 8570 Information Assurance Technician Level III (IAT-III) certification, such as:
- CASP+ CE
- CCNP Security
- CISA
- CISSP
- GCED
- GCIH
- CCSP
- Linux Computing Environment (CE) certification in accordance with DoD 8750 (e.g., RHCSA, RHCE, CompTIA Linux+).
- Windows Computing Environment (CE) certification in accordance with DoD 8750 (e.g., Windows Server Hybrid Administrator, Modern Desktop Administrator, Azure Administrator).
- Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP) or GIAC Penetration Tester (GPEN) certification.
- Experience implementing red team assessment methods, tools, and techniques.
- Hands-on experience conducting technical red teaming or penetration testing activities.

- Completion of Red Team Apprentice, Offensive Methodology Analysis, Red Team Operations, or similar penetration testing or cyberspace operations training.
- Experience using offensive security tools such as Cobalt Strike, Metasploit, and Kali Linux.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- Python certification or demonstrated Python scripting experience.
- Experience supporting military, DoD, or Intelligence Community cyber operations.
Target Salary Range: $130,000 – $155,000
The Ennoble First pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered include responsibilities of the role, education, experience, skills, internal equity, alignment with market data, and applicable laws.
