Job Description
The Junior BI Analyst will support the team by preparing, structuring, and analyzing data to dashboards and reporting processes. This role involves hands-on work with ClicData and Google Sheets, collaboration with Product and Data Engineering teams, and contribution to process documentation and knowledge sharing.

Responsibilities:
- Retrieve data from various sources including databases and spreadsheets; organize and format raw data into structured formats.
- Create auto-updating data marts for BI dashboards.
- Support and troubleshoot predefined data source templates used for visualization purposes.
- Develop and maintain self-service analytics tools using BI platforms such as ClicData.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs, troubleshoot, and deliver timely solutions.
- Support data validation and quality assurance efforts to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Document reporting processes to promote transparency and knowledge sharing.
- Participate in dashboard maintenance and troubleshooting under guidance of senior analysts.
- Attend team meetings, provide input, and actively contribute to discussions.

Requirements:
- 1+ of experience in Business Analysis or related field.
- Advanced proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel and/or Google Sheets).
- Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Basic knowledge of SQL for querying relational databases.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain data-driven insights to non-technical audiences.
