We’re looking for a Junior Product Designer who’s excited to learn how great digital products are made. At The Bang we design brands, websites and products for ambitious companies. As a Junior Designer, you’ll work closely with experienced designers and developers to bring ideas to life and improve your craft quickly. This is a hands-on role where you’ll contribute to real client projects, learn fast, and grow into a confident Product Designer.

What you’ll do:

• Support the design team on UI/UX for digital products and websites
• Create wireframes, layouts and interface designs
• Turn ideas and sketches into clean visual design
• Help maintain design systems and reusable components
• Assist with prototypes and interaction design
• Contribute to internal design critiques
• Work closely with designers and developers to refine work
• Help prepare client presentations and case studies

What we’re looking for:

• High energy and an infectious passion for design.
• A strong portfolio showing design potential
• Understanding of UX/UI basics
• Experience using Figma
• Attention to detail and visual craft
• Ability to take feedback and iterate
• Curiosity and willingness to learn quickly

Bonus points if you have:

• Motion or prototyping skills
• Experience with design systems
• Some front-end awareness
