What You'll Own

• Full product direction: what gets built, what gets killed, and why it matters
• Blocker removal. You're the most persistent person in the room when something is stuck
• The "why" filter. Every feature request goes through your product framework before it touches a developer's calendar
• Information flow between developers and leadership. Nothing falls through the cracks on your watch

What Success Looks Like

• 30 days: You know every product, every team member, the full roadmap. Already pushing timelines and owning features.
• 90 days: You run the product. Bottlenecks get resolved before they escalate. Founder involvement drops to major decisions only.
• 12 months: You're operating as Head of Product. Managing a portfolio of products, potentially building a team. Founder involvement: quarterly direction only.

You're Great At

• Product ownership in IT/SaaS. 3+ years shipping real products, not managing tickets
• Talking code architecture with developers without being one yourself
• Saying no to features that don't move the needle, and making it stick
• Obsessive organization. Jira, notes, preparation. You never drop a thread
• Using AI tools daily to amplify your work (not optional, this is how we operate)
