Position: Data Architect

Client: Financial / Non-Profit Sector

Location: 100% Remote (U.S. Based)

Duration: Contract

Rate: $60/hr C2C

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Data Architect with strong expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) to support enterprise data integration and architecture initiatives. This role will focus on building scalable data pipelines, designing data models, and integrating multiple enterprise data sources into Salesforce Data Cloud.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience ingesting and transforming data from multiple systems while ensuring proper data governance, modeling standards, and architecture best practices.

This role may involve both hands-on implementation and architectural design, including collaborating with developers and overseeing deployment processes.

Key Responsibilities

Build and manage data streams from Snowflake, Salesforce, and website interaction data sources

Design and maintain Data Model Object (DMO) mappings within Salesforce Data Cloud

Implement data ingestion pipelines from enterprise systems and event-based web data

Design and implement data transformation logic aligned with enterprise best practices

Serve as the Salesforce Data Cloud subject matter expert (SME) for data architecture, governance, and modeling

Perform hands-on setup, configuration, and data mapping within Data Cloud environments

Support deployment activities and troubleshoot environment-related issues

Collaborate with development teams to design scalable data architecture solutions

Provide guidance on data modeling strategy and integration design

Required Technical Skills

Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360

Experience Ingesting Data From

• Snowflake
• Salesforce platforms
• Website interaction or SDK event data
  
  

Strong experience mapping source tables into Data Cloud DMO structures

Experience designing data transformations and enterprise data models

Strong knowledge of data architecture, governance, and data integration strategies

Ability to perform hands-on configuration or provide architecture guidance to development teams
