Job Description
This role is based in Sydney, Australia, and relocation will be required. The company will sponsor work visa sponsorship and a relocation allowance for suitable candidates.
The Opportunity
ProFound People is partnering with a well-funded, world-leading pioneer in quantum technology. While many companies are decades away from commercial viability, our client is delivering quantum advantage today. They are the first globally to manufacture qubits with atomic precision, and their proprietary hardware is already accelerating AI and generating significant revenue through multinational partnerships.
Sydney, Australia
Sydney is rapidly becoming one of the most significant deep-tech and quantum ecosystems on the planet. Beyond the lab, Sydney offers an unmatched standard of living. From a world-class climate and iconic beaches to a thriving culinary scene and robust healthcare and education systems, it is a city that provides a phenomenal backdrop for both your personal life and a career-defining technical challenge.
About the Role
None of this groundbreaking technology works without world-class cryogenics. As a Cryogenic Systems Engineer, you will own the systems-level integration of our client's cryogenic infrastructure.
This is not a narrow design role. You will sit at the intersection of architecture, requirements, engineering execution, and physical build. Working closely with quantum engineers, RF specialists, fabrication teams, and external partners, you will ensure these vital systems are designed properly, built correctly, and delivered on time.
