Junior Data Analyst - Power BI

At the Engineering Competence Center, we deliver services and projects for the Automotive, Rail, and Oil & Gas sectors. Our specialized engineering teams work within project and competency groups, whose activities we manage. We also conduct training and certification programs to enhance the engineering competencies of our consultants.

Position

We are currently looking for a candidate for the position of Junior Data Analyst - Power BI (he/she) for our client from the healthcare industry.

Additional Information

Working model: remote + 1 day per month in the Wrocław office

Offered salary

Salary: from 560 to 680 PLN net/day, depending on experience and competences.

You’re ideal for this role if you:

• Have at least 2 years of experience in a data, reporting, or analytical role
• Have advanced Excel skills and use Excel comfortably for data analysis and reporting
• Are fluent in English and able to communicate insights clearly to stakeholders
• Have strong analytical thinking and enjoy working with data to identify trends and patterns
• Are comfortable working with datasets from multiple sources and preparing them for analysis
• Have strong attention to detail and a structured approach to working with data
• Are able to learn new tools and systems quickly
• Are proactive, curious, and enjoy solving analytical problems
• Have some experience with Power BI or are interested in developing your skills in this area

Nice to have:

• Basic experience with Power BI dashboards and reporting
• Familiarity with Power Query, DAX, or SQL
• Experience working with large datasets or multiple data sources
• Experience supporting audit, compliance, or monitoring activities
• Basic knowledge of data modeling or data visualization principles
• Experience preparing presentations or analytical summaries (e.g., PowerPoint)
• Interest in data analytics, AI tools, or modern data platforms such as Snowflake
  
  

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Supporting the development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards and reports
• Preparing, cleaning, and transforming data from multiple internal systems
• Assisting in building datasets and simple data models for reporting and analysis
• Conducting data analysis in Excel to identify trends, anomalies, and potential issues
• Supporting the team in running analytical tests and preparing reports
• Helping improve existing dashboards, reports, and analytical tools
• Preparing data extracts and analytical summaries for audits and monitoring activities
• Collaborating with analysts, auditors, and business stakeholders to understand reporting needs
