Architect for Real Estate Development

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Architect to support a real estate development firm based in Alaska. This is a full-time, remote role where you will play a key part in the planning and execution of various development projects. You will be responsible for ensuring that architectural designs are coordinated effectively to meet project goals. The ideal candidate is a design expert who can communicate complex ideas clearly and thrives in a collaborative, remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Coordination: Collaborate closely with developers and stakeholders in Alaska to ensure all architectural requirements are integrated into real estate projects.
• Design Review: Assist in the review and development of architectural plans, ensuring they align with project specifications and local standards.
• Technical Support: Provide architectural insights and troubleshooting for design systems within various real estate developments.
• Communication: Maintain constant contact with the development team to provide updates, address challenges, and ensure project timelines are met.
• Documentation: Organize and manage technical drawings and specifications related to the architectural components of each development.

Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Architecture or a related field is mandatory.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional English verbal and written skills are a must to coordinate effectively with U.S.-based developers.
• Technical Expertise: Proven experience in architecture, preferably within the construction or real estate development industry.
• Remote Proficiency: Ability to work independently and maintain high productivity in a fully remote setup.
• Work Style: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage technical details for complex, large-scale projects.
