What You’ll Do As Senior Payroll Administrator

• Manage and process multi state payroll for a large employee population
• Ensure accuracy across payroll cycles while maintaining compliance with payroll regulations
• Work within ADP Workforce Now
• Support payroll administration teams by providing guidance and technical expertise
• Assist with payroll reconciliations, reporting, and documentation
• Partner with HR and finance teams to resolve payroll questions and issues
• Communicate complex payroll concepts clearly to employees and internal teams
• Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes and efficiency

What You Bring As Senior Payroll Administrator

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Human Resources
• Three to seven years of progressive payroll experience
• Experience processing multi state payroll for larger organizations
• Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now
• Strong communication skills and professional presence
• Ability to explain payroll processes clearly to employees and stakeholders
• Collaborative personality with a focus on teamwork and process improvement
• Solid Excel capabilities and comfort working with payroll data

What You Need To Know

• Location: South Denver, CO
• Compensation: $70,000 to $90,000
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Training: Initial onsite training followed by strong flexibility once established
• Employment Type: Full time, permanent
• Start Date: ASAP
• Requirement: Must be local or open to relocation for the right candidate
