Digital Marketing Optimisation Specialist – Danish Speaker

Location: Lisbon, Portugal (Hybrid)

Accelerate your career in Lisbon by joining a global advertising project for one of the worlds leading tech giants. We are looking for Danish-speaking specialists to manage high-budget portfolios and strategic campaign optimisations.

Monthly Gross Compensation & Perks

  • Annual Salary: €23,000 Gross.
  • Hybrid Model: Benefit from a flexible schedule with 2 days a week in our Lisbon office.
  • Full Relocation Support: - €2,500 Relocation Bonus for candidates moving from outside Portugal.
    • €1,500 Support for candidates moving from within Portugal (over 100km from Lisbon).
    • Administrative Assistance: Complete support with NIF, NISS, and local registration.


The Role

  • Create and optimise campaigns for high-budget advertising clients.
  • Conduct keyword analysis, budget management, and bid strategy preparation.
  • Perform detailed analysis across Search, GSN, Mobile, and Video channels.
  • Identify sales opportunities and prepare performance reports.


Requirements

  • Language: Minimum B2+ Danish and B2 English proficiency.
  • Experience: 1–2 years in Digital Marketing with Google Ads/AdWords knowledge.
  • Skills: Strong analytical thinking, Excel proficiency, and result-oriented discipline.
