Job Title: Greenhouse Techno Functional Developer

Location: Remote

Type: Contract / Full-Time

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Greenhouse ATS Techno-Functional Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, and integration of the Greenhouse Applicant Tracking System (ATS) across multiple recruiting workflows. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of functional recruiting operations knowledge and technical integration expertise, and will work closely with HR, recruiting teams, and IT to ensure successful deployment and optimization of the Greenhouse platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and configuration of Greenhouse ATS modules, including recruiting workflows, job postings, candidate pipelines, interview scheduling, and reporting.
  • Work with HR and Talent Acquisition teams to gather functional requirements and translate them into system configurations.
  • Configure Greenhouse modules, custom fields, interview plans, workflows, and permissions.
  • Design and implement integrations between Greenhouse ATS and Oracle HCM, Workforce systems, and third-party job boards.
  • Develop and manage API-based integrations, including inbound and outbound candidate and employee data flows.
  • Customize Greenhouse workflows and automation to improve recruiting efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with HRIS, IT, and recruiting stakeholders to test, validate, and deploy system enhancements.
  • Provide technical troubleshooting and production support for ATS-related issues.
  • Support data migration, system testing (UAT/SIT), and go-live activities.
  • Train HR and recruiting teams on Greenhouse functionality and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience working with Greenhouse ATS platform (implementation and administration).
  • Experience configuring Greenhouse recruiting modules and workflows.
  • Hands-on experience designing API integrations with HRIS systems, preferably Oracle HCM.
  • Experience integrating Greenhouse with job boards, workforce systems, and third-party recruiting tools.
  • Solid understanding of recruiting operations, candidate lifecycle management, and talent acquisition processes.
  • Experience with REST APIs, data mapping, and system integrations.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience integrating Greenhouse with Oracle HCM Cloud or Workday.
  • Experience with HRIS implementations and ATS optimization projects.
  • Familiarity with HR data privacy and compliance requirements.
  • Experience working in Agile project environments.
