Job Description


Gunia Consulting is a Swiss boutique recruitment firm focused on retained search and embedded recruiting across finance, tech, healthcare, and industry.


We are looking for a remote Research & Operations Associate (Recruitment) to support market research, database building, outreach preparation, and content support.


This is a structured execution role. You will work directly with the founder.


Responsibilities:

Market Research & Mapping

  • Identify and map target companies in specific industries or regions
  • Build structured lists of decision-makers (HR, founders, executives)
  • Identify candidate pools for specific roles
  • Prepare clean research summaries and Excel/Google Sheet overviews

Database Support

  • Add and update candidate and client profiles
  • Keep data structured and organized
  • Enrich profiles with relevant information
  • Maintain tagging and segmentation

Outreach Support

  • Draft and format outreach messages (email / LinkedIn)
  • Send structured outbound messages based on provided strategy
  • Track replies and maintain follow-up lists
  • Book calls when relevant

Content Support

  • Draft LinkedIn posts based on bullet points
  • Repurpose insights into short posts
  • Schedule and format content

Process & Template Support

  • Create structured templates (candidate summaries, outreach scripts, research formats)
  • Improve documentation and internal structure
  • Use AI tools to improve efficiency and formatting


Requirements:

  • Strong written English (essential)
  • Experience in research, recruitment, lead generation, or similar roles
  • Comfortable working with LinkedIn, spreadsheets, and online research
  • Tech-savvy and confident using AI tools (ChatGPT, etc.)
  • Highly structured and detail-oriented
  • Able to work independently without constant supervision


Recruiting experience is a plus, but not required.


Details:

  • Fully remote
  • 20–40 hours per week (flexible)
  • Freelance / contractor setup
  • Monthly retainer based on hours and experience
  • Long-term collaboration preferred
