We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and credentialing procedures.

Responsibility (Include, but are not limited to):
- Collaborate with various departments and entities across the organization to address and support their HR-related needs.
- Serve as the first point of contact for questions related to HR policies, benefits, payroll, and general concerns or inquiries.
- Manage the complete onboarding and offboarding process.
- Oversee the credentialing process, including distributing insurance applications and facilitating communication pertaining to the credentialing of staff.
- Ensure the accuracy and maintenance of records, including background checks, certifications, credentialing, licensing, training, and other necessary documentation to comply with insurance and legal regulations.
- Support HR projects focused on improving compliance and organizational efficiency.
- Achieve key HR performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to support departmental goals.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant HR experience is preferred.
- Advanced English Knowledge
- Experience with HR processes and compliance.
- Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple high-priority projects and complete tasks while working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently.
