Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Ruby on Rails Developer to help build and scale our EOS and AI-powered SaaS platform. This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys working closely with product teams, taking ownership of features, and building solutions that create real value for customers.

You will collaborate with cross-functional team members to design, develop, and iterate on features that improve usability and drive meaningful outcomes for users. This role is not just about implementing tickets — we are looking for someone with a strong product mindset who enjoys shaping how features work and how customers experience the platform.

Our team operates in a low-meeting, high-accountability environment, where engineers are trusted to execute, communicate clearly, and continuously improve the product.

Key Responsibilities

Product Development

• Develop and maintain features for our EOS and AI-powered SaaS platform using Ruby on Rails
• Take ownership of feature development from concept through iteration
• Build high-quality solutions that prioritize usability, reliability, and customer value
• Contribute to continuous product improvement by iterating quickly and effectively

Collaboration & Product Thinking

• Collaborate actively on product decisions, bringing technical insights and user experience considerations
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align development with product goals
• Think beyond technical tasks and consider workflow efficiency and customer outcomes

Communication & Execution

• Communicate proactively about progress, blockers, and opportunities
• Participate in a fast-paced, product-focused development culture
• Contribute to a low-meeting, high-accountability environment focused on execution

Requirements

Technical Experience

• 5+ years of professional Ruby on Rails experience (3+ years considered if demonstrating strong senior-level capability)
• Proven experience building and maintaining Rails applications in production
• Experience working in B2B SaaS environments
• Experience collaborating with U.S.-based teams or companies
