The role
Engineer number one. An MVP exists - what comes next is yours to architect.
You'll set the technical direction, own the core data and AI systems, and build the team around you as 6-7 further hires follow across 2026.
Backend-first, full-stack when needed. You'll be expected to challenge the founders when you think they're wrong.
