Role overview & Responsibilities:

This is a 100% remote (offshore) role. Please note that it requires working standard UAE business hours (08:00 AM – 05:00 PM Gulf Standard Time, Monday to Friday).

As a LIMS Systems Engineer, you will serve as the primary technical resolver for a highly specialized, enterprise laboratory environment.

Incident Resolution: Act as the primary L2/L3 escalation point, troubleshooting complex StarLIMS application errors, data correction requests, and workflow bottlenecks.
Legacy Code Maintenance: Debug and support existing StarLIMS configurations, custom scripts, and report templates.
SLA Management: Ensure all tickets are resolved within strict SLA targets.
Emergency Response: Participate in a rotational 24/7 on-call schedule strictly dedicated to Severity 1 (System Down) critical outages.

Requirements:
3–5 years of hands-on technical experience with StarLIMS (v11 or higher).
Strong proficiency in StarLIMS Scripting Language (SSL), SQL Server/Oracle database querying, and .NET fundamentals.
Excellent English communication skills to interact directly with enterprise stakeholders.
