We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst with Oracle HCM Cloud expertise for a remote project.
Project Details
• Location: Fully Remote (Candidates must be located in Luxembourg)
• Eligibility: EU citizens or non-EU professionals currently living and working in Luxembourg
• Start Date: 15 March 2026
• Duration: Until 15 October 2026

• Support and maintenance of Oracle HCM Cloud
• Resolve complex Oracle Cloud HCM functional issues and ensure service continuity
• Produce clear business and functional documentation
• Perform Oracle HCM configurations aligned with business requirements
• Manage defects and coordinate fixes with Oracle Support
• Maintain system stability through administration and maintenance activities
• Support Oracle Cloud HCM release adoption and new functionalities
Required Experience

• Experience integrating Oracle HCM Cloud with other systems (PeopleSoft HCM, SailPoint, DMS)
• Knowledge of additional modules such as HCM Communicate, Performance Management, Compensation, and Helpdesk
• Strong communication skills in English
