The Lead Data Architect role is responsible for building and scaling the analytics infrastructure that converts customer data into meaningful business metrics. This position drives the development of models measuring customer lifecycle outcomes and creates frameworks for visualizing product impact. The role is key to standardizing data methodologies and establishing a single source of truth for value data, thereby influencing business strategies and improving customer performance. It also involves mentoring analytics teams and collaborating across departments to ensure consistent application of value metrics.


3. Responsibilities:

• Build and scale analytics infrastructure for business benchmarks

• Develop ROI, TCO, and outcome models for customer lifecycle metrics

• Standardize value methodologies for cross-department collaboration

4. Requirements:

• 5+ years in data-driven roles focused on measurable business outcomes

• Expertise in SQL, data modeling, and ETL design with enterprise-scale data

• Proficiency in R or Python for analytics and statistical modeling

• Strong communication and data storytelling skills

• Ability to influence senior stakeholders, including C-level audiences

• Curiosity and ownership mindset focused on uncovering insights

• Experience with BI platforms like Looker or Hex is a plus

• Academic or professional background in a quantitative field
