Lead Data Analyst

The Lead Data Analyst role is central to developing the data frameworks that connect customer success metrics with overall business performance. This position drives the creation and scaling of analytics infrastructure, enabling the organization to quantify and communicate product impact effectively. The role influences strategic decisions by providing clear, data-based insights and fostering collaboration across teams to define and apply value metrics.

3. Responsibilities:

• Build and scale analytics infrastructure to translate customer data into business benchmarks

• Develop ROI, TCO, and outcome models for customer lifecycle metrics

• Standardize the value methodology for cross-departmental use

• Establish a single source of truth for value data with reproducible pipelines

• Lead analysis of customer performance trends to support retention and expansion

• Create frameworks and dashboards for executives to visualize product impact

• Mentor within the Operations Analytics community on data governance

• Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure consistent application of value metrics

4. Requirements:

• 5+ years in data-driven roles focused on measurable business outcomes

• Expertise in SQL, data modeling, and ETL design with enterprise-scale data

• Proficient in R or Python for analytics and statistical modeling

• Strong communication and data storytelling skills

• Ability to influence senior stakeholders, including C-level audiences

• Curiosity and ownership mindset focused on uncovering insights

• Experience with BI platforms such as Looker or Hex is a plus

• Academic or professional experience in a quantitative field
