Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and manage technology audits to verify compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
Develop and implement strategies to strengthen business continuity and disaster recovery, reducing operational risks and ensuring uninterrupted service availability.
Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams, business units, external auditors, and regulators to ensure clear communication and alignment on project objectives and audit findings.
Identify technology and operational risks, propose effective mitigation measures, and continuously monitor the controls.
Prepare comprehensive reports on audit results, project progress, risk assessments, and compliance status for senior management and regulatory authorities.
Oversee the full lifecycle of IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Role Overview

As the IT & Governance Manager (EU), you will lead and coordinate technology audits and business resilience projects across Ceffu’s operations. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams - including developers, security, and compliance - you will ensure the effective planning, execution, and delivery of IT initiatives related to blockchain, digital asset custody, and fintech services.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage technology audits to verify compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Develop and implement strategies to strengthen business continuity and disaster recovery, reducing operational risks and ensuring uninterrupted service availability.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams, business units, external auditors, and regulators to ensure clear communication and alignment on project objectives and audit findings.
  • Identify technology and operational risks, propose effective mitigation measures, and continuously monitor the controls.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on audit results, project progress, risk assessments, and compliance status for senior management and regulatory authorities.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  • Ensure all activities comply with relevant EU regulatory frameworks and adhere to IT security best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with Operations and Client Solutions teams to address technical issues, support project delivery, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.


Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in ICT management, preferably in fintech, blockchain, or financial services.
  • Strong background in managing IT infrastructure, software development, or digital transformation projects.
  • Experience leading teams in an Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environment.
  • Solid understanding of blockchain technology, cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity best practices.
  • Familiarity with EU financial regulations, particularly those related to digital assets and fintech.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in digital asset custody, crypto exchanges, or DeFi platforms.
  • Knowledge of ISO 27001, SOC II Type I / II, GDPR, DORA, MiCA, and other security/compliance frameworks.
