ABOUT THE ROLE
We're building one of the most technically ambitious platforms in the security awareness space with personalized AI simulations, multi-tenant MSP infrastructure, real-time threat ingestion and a learner experience that actually works. We need an engineer who can own the full stack, move fast, and care deeply about what they ship.
You'll work directly with the founding team to shape the architecture, build core features, and set the engineering culture. If you want to own a lot, ship often, and work on genuinely hard problems, this is the role.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build and own full stack features across our web application, APIs, and data pipelines
- Architect and maintain our multi-tenant MSP platform built for scale
- Integrate with third-party identity providers (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Okta)
- Build AI-powered features including GenAI simulation delivery, personalization engines, and intelligent content routing
- Own the learner experience front-end => fast, clean, and mobile-responsive
- Contribute to infrastructure decisions, CI/CD and code quality standards
- Collaborate directly with design, product and the CEO to ship quickly and correctly

WHO YOU ARE
- 3+ years of full stack experience with modern web frameworks (React, Next.js, or similar)
- Strong backend skills (Node.js, Python, or similar, with experience designing REST or GraphQL APIs)
- Experience working with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and serverless architectures
- Comfortable with databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and familiar with data modeling for multi-tenant SaaS
- Experience integrating with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar) is a strong plus
- You write clean, tested, documented code not just code that works
- You thrive in early-stage environments where the roadmap changes and your judgment matters
