Senior Consultant - Atlassian Ecosystem

In this role, you will lead complex enterprise-wide delivery and transformation initiatives across the Atlassian ecosystem. You will be poised to make a significant impact by ensuring that the Atlassian platforms foster business agility and operational efficiency. Your guidance will help multiple teams navigate modernization efforts, while you manage a portfolio of critical programs. The position requires clear communication with stakeholders and leadership in delivering outcomes that align with enterprise goals. Accountabilities

• Own delivery outcomes for a portfolio of Atlassian programs across the enterprise.
• Establish delivery governance, standards, and operating rhythms.
• Manage interdependencies, risks, and escalations across programs.
• Lead enterprise Atlassian transformations, including Server/Data Center to Cloud migrations.
• Drive platform standardization, simplification, and modernization.
• Ensure secure, compliant, and resilient Atlassian environments.
• Partner with senior IT and business leaders to align Atlassian capabilities with enterprise goals.
• Translate business requirements into delivery roadmaps and execution plans.
• Provide clear executive-level status, metrics, and insights.
• Lead and mentor program managers, architects, and delivery teams.

Requirements

• 15+ years in enterprise IT delivery, platform transformation, or program leadership.
• Deep experience delivering and operating Atlassian platforms at enterprise scale.
• Proven leadership of complex Atlassian migrations and transformations.
• Strong understanding of Agile, ITSM, DevOps, and enterprise governance.
• Experience managing multi-team, multi-program portfolios.
• Excellent executive communication and decision-making skills.
• Preferred: Atlassian certifications.
• Preferred: Experience in regulated or large-scale enterprise environments.
