Senior IT/ERP Program Manager

About the role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT / ERP Program Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex enterprise programs within a global environment. The role is responsible for overseeing large-scale IT and ERP initiatives, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements, enterprise architecture, and corporate governance standards. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing multi-ERP landscapes, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving strategic initiatives in multinational organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex IT and ERP programs, including scope definition, milestone planning, dependency management, KPI tracking, and governance oversight.
• Manage initiatives impacted by environmental and packaging regulations (e.g., PPW or similar), translating compliance requirements into scalable system and process solutions.
• Coordinate cross-functional global teams across IT, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, and Compliance, as well as external vendors and system integrators.
• Drive execution by proactively managing risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and corporate standards.
• Facilitate structured program governance, including steering committees, executive reporting, and stakeholder communication.

• Support change management, user adoption, and global rollouts through clear communication and enablement strategies.
• Maintain oversight of budget control, project performance, and delivery metrics, ensuring adherence to global policies and governance frameworks.
• Ensure programs remain audit-ready and compliant with internal and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior Project or Program Manager delivering large-scale IT or ERP programs in complex, global organizations.
• Hands-on experience working within multi-ERP environments (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar enterprise platforms).
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes and their integration with ERP systems.
• Experience managing regulatory-driven initiatives, preferably related to environmental or packaging compliance (e.g., PPW or similar).
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 or higher) with the ability to lead meetings, negotiate, and present to senior stakeholders.
