Job Description
We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to help produce design assets for events across digital and print channels. This is a remote role suited to someone early in their design career who is keen to build experience, develop their skills, and work closely with more senior team members.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys process-led creative work, takes pride in the standard of their work, and can comfortably manage multiple detailed tasks at once. The remote nature of the role provides flexibility, while keeping you closely connected to a supportive and collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with creating websites, social media, email campaigns, presentations, videos and signage for events
- Work with established templates in Canva and HubSpot
- Ensure brand guidelines are followed across all branding
- Manage large numbers of assets using structured workflows to meet deadlines in a remote working environment
- Liaise with internal teams and clients in a professional manner

Requirements
- Formal tertiary graphic design qualification
- 2 years of experience in a graphic design role, internship, or freelance capacity
- A sound understanding of design principles including layouts, visual hierarchy, typography and colour
- Proficiency in common design tools such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Canva
- Good understanding of print specifications, pre-press and file formats
- Ability to follow brand guidelines and take constructive feedback
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote team
- Reliable internet connection and availability during agreed working hours
