We are currently looking for an experienced Growth & Retention Manager to join our international team of passionate professionals. This is an opportunity to contribute to a purpose-driven business while building scalable processes and making a real impact.

What You’ll Do
- Own retention strategy across key lifecycle stages (3, 6, 12 months).
- Build customer segmentation and personalized engagement journeys.
- Optimize multi-channel CRM communication (email, push, WhatsApp, etc.).
- Launch cross-sell and upsell campaigns across Lev Haolam business units.
- Partner with Product, Analytics, and Marketing to drive growth experiments.
- Run A/B tests and continuously improve lifecycle funnels.
- Track core metrics: LTV, ARPU, churn, retention, incremental revenue.

What We’re Looking For
- 2–3+ years in CRM, lifecycle, retention, or growth marketing.
- Strong understanding of subscription funnels and customer behavior.
- Analytical mindset (Excel, Power BI, cohort analysis).
- Experience with triggers, personalization, and offer creation.
- Cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Subscription or e-commerce background is a plus.
- Fluent English (C1+) and Russian.
