Business Analyst (Contract) – Remote (Portugal)
We are currently seeking an experienced Business Analyst Contractor to join a global logistics organisation on an initial 6-month contract. This is a fully remote role based in Portugal, working with international teams on large-scale operational and technology initiatives within the logistics and supply chain sector.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Business Analyst who enjoys working in fast-paced, complex environments and collaborating with stakeholders across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders across operations, technology, and product teams
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and requirements sessions
- Translate business needs into clear user stories, process flows, and functional specifications
- Work closely with product owners, developers, and QA teams to ensure accurate delivery of requirements
- Support process analysis and improvement initiatives across logistics and supply chain workflows
- Assist with UAT planning, execution, and defect management
- Create and maintain documentation, business cases, and solution proposals
- Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams

Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience working as a Business Analyst in complex enterprise environments
- Strong skills in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management
- Experience working in Agile and/or Scrum environments
- Ability to translate business requirements into clear technical documentation
- Strong process modelling and analytical skills
- Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar collaboration platforms
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Fluent English
