ROLE SNAPSHOT

You own the end-to-end HR lifecycle and payroll integrity for a US-based client, ensuring that compliance, benefits administration, and employee relations are managed with absolute precision. Your role operates within defined US labor frameworks, where you are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of HRMS data, executing semi-monthly payroll, and navigating complex legal requirements from onboarding to termination.


This is not a general administrative role. You operate within high-accountability scopes, coordinating directly with US leadership to resolve operational hurdles and enforce company policies. Best suited for HR professionals who thrive in structured, regulation-heavy environments, value data integrity, and prefer clear ownership over ambiguous tasks.


YOU’RE LIKELY A STRONG FIT IF YOU HAVE

  • 3+ years of explicit US HR experience focusing on payroll administration and HRMS management.
  • Hands-on expertise in US onboarding/termination paperwork and a deep understanding of federal/state legal requirements (EEO-1, I-9, FLSA).
  • Technical proficiency in iSolved or major HRMS platforms (ADP, Workday) with the ability to manage deductions and pull complex reports.
  • Direct experience in US Benefits administration, including 401(k), COBRA, and leave management (FMLA/STD/LTD).
  • Willingness to work a fixed night shift aligned with US business hours and a reliable home office setup.

Payroll & Benefits Administration You own the heartbeat of employee compensation, ensuring every cycle is accurate, compliant, and delivered on time without exception.

  • Oversee semi-monthly payroll administration and deduction management.
  • Manage health and welfare benefits, including 401(k) and COBRA.
  • Coordinate leave of absence tracking (FMLA, Disability, and Personal Leave).


HR Compliance & Documentation You ensure the organization remains audit-ready and legally sound by maintaining rigorous documentation standards.

  • Maintain complete and compliant employee e-files and I-9 forms.
  • Execute annual EEO-1 filings and federal/state regulatory reporting.
  • Manage immigration sponsorship processes in coordination with legal counsel.


Employee Relations & Policy Enforcement You act as the primary point of contact for leaders to resolve operational friction and maintain a productive work environment.

  • Advise managers on performance counseling and track disciplinary actions.
  • Facilitate termination procedures and conduct structured exit interviews.
  • Update and enforce HR policies to improve overall operational effectiveness.
