About The Role
We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team within our U.S.-Based Virtual Operating Center. This role offers a unique opportunity for an early-career engineer to gain hands-on experience working alongside senior professionals in a fast-paced, cloud-focused environment. The primary responsibilities include supporting engineering teams by triaging and resolving infrastructure and CI/CD issues, building automation to streamline operational workflows, and contributing to cloud infrastructure enhancements across development, staging, and production environments. The successful candidate will play a vital role in improving deployment pipelines, monitoring systems, and overall platform reliability. This position is ideal for someone passionate about automation, cloud technologies, and developer support, eager to learn and grow within a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Platform Engineering roles
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Bash, or Go
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Pulumi, or CloudFormation
- Knowledge of containerization technologies including Docker and Kubernetes
- Familiarity with CI/CD systems like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI
- Understanding of networking fundamentals, IAM, and security best practices
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to interpret system logs and errors
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a ticket-driven environment
- Desire to learn, collaborate, and take ownership of automation projects

- Respond to and resolve infrastructure and CI/CD-related tickets from engineering teams
- Troubleshoot build failures, deployment issues, IAM permissions, networking misconfigurations, and container runtime errors
- Assist with debugging issues across multiple cloud environments including development, staging, and production
- Identify recurring issues and develop automation solutions to prevent future incidents
- Contribute to Infrastructure as Code initiatives, improving reusable modules and infrastructure patterns
