About the Role
Our St. Louis–based architecture firm is seeking a hybrid BIM Manager & IT Coordinator to
lead digital design workflows and oversee essential technology operations within our 30-
person studio.
Key Responsibilities
BIM Management (~70%):
- Maintain and evolve BIM standards, templates, and workflows.
- Lead BIM project setup and provide hands-on Revit modeling support.
- Conduct model audits, resolve technical issues, and ensure robust BIM execution.
- Support architectural staff with modeling, documentation, and coordination.
- Host BIM training sessions and maintain onboarding materials.
- Drive innovation using tools like Dynamo, AI-assisted workflows, plugins, and automation.
- Perform clash detection and coordinate with consultants.

IT Coordination (~30%):
- Provide first-line IT support (workstations, software, printers, network basics).
- Coordinate with managed IT service providers for escalated issues.
- Manage software licensing.
- Support hardware purchases, workstation setup, and user provisioning.
- Oversee digital file standards, backup integrity, and cybersecurity.
- Contribute to technology planning and budgeting.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in architecture, BIM management, and digital design tech.
- Advanced Revit proficiency.
- Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud / BIM 360.
- Familiarity with IT basics.
- Experience with visualization or coordination tools.
- Bonus: Dynamo, Python, automation tools.
